Certificate III in Fitness (Aqua Fitness Elective Units) must be completed within 12 months.

Physical Requirements



You will be assessed both in theory and practical assessments.

You have two (2) options to consider for the practical assessments.

Practical Assessment Option A: Face to face

You can choose to be assessed in the workplace by a qualified assessor. The Assessor must possess Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment (TAE 40110) and aqua fitness qualificationsA copy of the assessors qualification must be included in your final practical submission.


Practical Assessment Option B: Video Assessment:

You may elect to have your practical assessment by video. This must be sent to Active Training either via Youtube or USB for assessment.

The Certificate III in Fitness (Aqua Fitness Elective Units) SIS30315 provides a pathway to work as an instructor providing exercise instruction for aqua programs.
